"my name is evo1ve. i started playing the drums when i was 12. i attempted to learn the bass guitar a few years later. i guess i was destined to be a junglist. i used to hate "techno." by "techno" i (incorrectly) meant anything electronic. i would say "i could make that shit." then, some friends introduced me to drum n bass. i had never heard electronic music that wasn't that four-on-the-floor, unht-unht-unht bullshit. by my freshman year of high school i was hooked. when dieselboy's the 6ixth session came out, i quit the band i played drums in and bought some turntables and a handful of dnb records. one day i realized "hey, i COULD make that shit," bought some software and got started. so here i am, blowin up yer stereo. words. evo1ve."
